We are seeking a reliable Production Associates to support our clients' manufacturing operations during second shift. This role focuses on assembly, press and bonding processes while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM

Pay Rate:

• $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix epoxy materials according to process guidelines
• Assemble and bond components using epoxy and hardware
• Trim and cut materials using hand tools as needed
• Track and maintain accurate production counts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality before moving to the next operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions or drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Background check & Drug testing required (THC excluded)
• Steel toe shoes
